- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Honestly the most frustrating bank I have had to deal with technology and mobile banking wise. They frequently cannot log me in when i'm using my desktop. Their mobile app only worked once. Texting to see your balance is a 50/50 shot at either actually finding out your balance or getting an error message. I don't get whats so hard about either keeping your servers up or letting people know if you are doing maintenance. Only reason I did not rate it 1 star is because the walk in experience is pleasant. The staff is very friendly and recognize you. Never the less their online banking makes me want to pull my hair out and bash my keyboard.By Zachary Moore, May 03, 2017
