- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Honestly the worst bank I've ever been to. I use their mobile app to keep track of my account on a daily basis and doubled checked one day to make sure I had the funds for my energy bill. A couple days later I'm charged $240 in overdraft fees. I went in and talked to the manager about it and she told me that Online banking isn't accurate and I should have been keep track on paper. This is the 21st century. If your online banking isn't accurate don't offer it. Every bank I've ever been with has been completely accurate with online banking every time I check. Ridiculous! I'm pulling my money out and banking elsewhere.By William de Jager, February 25, 2017
